At Aimscare

We are looking for bright, cheerful and enthusiastic candidates for providing a high level of quality care for our clients as well as our Nursing Home, Leighton House and Domiciliary Care, Aims Homecare - Both based in Epsom.

You will enjoy good training opportunities and work within a very dynamic and progressive environment in which to learn and explore. We like to do thing differently and want individuals to develop their skill base and position within our organisation.

You should have a very good understanding of I.T. skills in order to use our computer database. It is also advantageous if you have a valid Driving License but not essential.

Skill Requirements

Excellent pay rates with enhanced weekend pay.
Full induction and training programs provided when starting
Full training provided and access to online courses.
Theory and practical training conducted on site.
Paid induction and shadowing process until you are comfortable.
5.6 weeks of annual leave.
Staff accommodation provided in the heart of Epsom town center at extremely competitive rates! - More than 50 brand-new fully furnished flats, studio flats, and apartments.
Free food and beverages offered to all staff. Bonus offered.
